April 18, 2024 (TORONTO, ONTARIO) – OverActive Media (TSXV: OAM) (OTC: OAMCF) (“OverActive” or the “Company”), a premier global esports and entertainment company for today’s generation of fans will report its fourth quarter 2023 results after market close on Monday, April 29, 2024. The Company will hold a conference call the following day, Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. ET hosted by Adam Adamou, CEO and Co-Founder and Rikesh Shah, CFO. A question-and-answer period will follow the corporate update.
