CauseForce and OAM Live to collaborate on innovative digital fundraising solutions

SEPTEMBER 21, 2020 (Toronto, Canada) — ​ OverActive Media and CauseForce, the leading industry peer-to-peer (P2P) fundraising agency in North America, have signed a partnership to help brands more efficiently raise fundraising dollars. The partnership will focus within the gaming and esports audiences and in the broader charitable/not-for-profit sector.

While so much of the live events and fundraising worlds have changed due to COVID-19, OverActive's OAM Live division will assist CauseForce in the fulfilment, organization and operation of digital/online/virtual events for the purpose of raising organizational profile and funds to support charitable causes.

CauseForce brings more than 18 years of experience in delivering innovative P2P Fundraising Solutions to the partnership. They have produced more than 165 diverse and customized fundraising programs that have made an impact globally. CauseForce has helped organizations raise more than $1 billion to date.

The partnership kicked off on August 29, 2020 during the first ever virtual Enbridge® Ride to Conquer Cancer®, one of the signature events that CauseForce produces. The virtual event engaged over 6,000 participants and raised over $7 million dollars for Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. The Ride to Conquer Cancer® is Canada’s largest peer to peer fundraising event.
